The quaint village of Avdou is located on the Cretan highlands, nestled at the feet of the mountain mass of the Lassithi lateau. It sits at 15 minutes from the northern Cretan coastline, 33 kilometers from Iraklion International Airport and 34 kilometres from the city's main port.
The hotel is located on a 5-acre organic field at the southern section of the Avdou settlement, amidst olive trees, orange trees, tangerine trees, pair trees and a large produce garden.
There is a reception desk, three two-storey houses (one large unit that can accommodate up to 6 persons and two smaller ones that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons) and two studios that can sleep up to 3 guests.
Each of the house units and the studios are independent, while the carefully decorated spaces and the fireplace make the area ideal for unforgettable hours with in the company of friends.
Each of the units is appointed with a kitchenette with fridge, electric burners for cooking, ventilator, water boiler, coffee maker and other necessary equipment. Other amenities include a telephone, central heat, safe, iron and iron board.
The household garbage is separated and used as organic compost at the field. There is also an organised first-aid section and a traditional cafι with a selection of two menus daily.
The dishes are cooked with organic products grown at the hotel's field.
A number of paths crossing the friendly grounds of the organic field are suitable for walking or resting at proper rest areas.
