What is Mountain biking?
The sport of riding bicycles over challenging, off-road rough terrain on trails that cross mountains or forests, using a bicycle specially modified for mountains.

Participation Requirements
Everyone that knows how to cycle and is in good physical condition can participate in this activity. Ages: 10-65 years old.
What do I need to carry with me?
What you need to have with you is comfortable and warm clothes (during winter), a small backpack and a flask with water, windproof jacket, gloves, and a hat.
Necessary Equipment
21 gear bikes, and helmets.
